Elwira Wozniak
I had the pleasure of working with an old friend from George Brown College on a sunny Friday afternoon. Elwira Wozniak of Wozcreative – a kickass graphic and web designer – came over to play with her Mini and get some new headshots. We had a blast playing with lighting and poses. Elvy came in with a general concept and we worked together to build a catalogue of professional and fun portraits that suited her business and personality.

the wallet
I grew up in what some would call a sheltered household. finances where tight and monitored, privacy, music and certain “western” ideologies were frowned upon and religion raine supreme, almost every aspic of my life was dictated
I craved the ability to choose for myself; to pick my own path and succeed or fail on my terms.
so about 12 years ago, I got my first gig from a high school teacher to design a website for some of his friends (by god i didn't know what i was doing then) the pay wasn't much but it was cash. cash money! untraceable! I could hide it and no one in my family would know!
what did i do with that little stash of secret freedom? I walked to the mall, and bought something that would for me symbolizes my journey towards freedom
A wallet …. this one, the same one I have used for the last 12 years.
one genuine leather timberland trifold wallet, a hidden symbol of independence always tucked in my back pocket.
now with my 30th birthday coming up I feel that it's time to put this away and find a new one … something that i even have a hand in making. A true symbol of my independence.
A visit to the Khans
on a cloudy mondays afternoon I was invited in the khans to welcome to the world little Adira. hung out jumped on the trampoline, had a little dinner .... oh and i took some photos too, i love documenting little slices of life. :) #famalyphotos
why i'll never be a ninja AKA surprise high park proposal!
I'm more or less a ninja, its all about stealth blending into ones surroundings. id like to say that but i was spotted after 3 minutes trying to capture this marriage proposal in high park.
My task was simple, set the trap, ( the picnic ) hide in a bush and wait. who knew that my bright blue hoodie would rat me out .... not I!
plan B) pretend to be one of those wild life photographers, you know, shoot a duck, some weeds, a tree or two and sneak a few shots of the couple!
Lucky for me Adam sprung a question before I ran out of rocks to shoot.
oh also SHE SAID YES!!!!
